Return Policy
We truly want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 10 days (in the same condition, of course) for a full refund, credit, or exchange. We cannot assume responsibility for damage caused by incorrect packaging on the return so please use insured mail and pack securely.
Please don’t hesitate to drop us a line or call if you would like more information on anything listed on this Site. If there is any particular item or product that you are looking for please let us know. If we don't have something you’re looking for, we can probably get it for you or put you in contact with someone who has what you want.
Ordering may be done by several methods : mail, phone, email, or via our secure online shopping cart . We have included item numbers to make it easy to specify which product you want. Please include your name, address, and phone number as well as email address. with all orders so we can get in touch with you in case there are any questions. You will also need to make sure you include your correct billing address on the credit card so that we may process it. To order securely online using your credit card remember to visit our secure order form.
Rate will be determined based on the order. All orders are mailed U.S. Priority Mail, unless other shipping services have been purchased or other arrangements have been request.
We also use USPS Express to ship orders that are needed overnight please contact us for these types orders and to verify if this can be done for you.
Depending on where you live and what you order you may need to check with customs to make sure you can get the order in the country. We have shipped to numerous countries and very rarely encounter any problems. Please be aware that there MAY be a import duty imposed by customs (based on the value of the package) but this varies greatly by country and is independent of us - International Shipping start at $9.00 for USPS Global Priority Mail for all countries except Italy which is $15.00 due to the fact they do not use Global Priority mail.
Payment may be made via cashier's check, money order, or personal check payable to Jim Rathbone. If you are ordering wholesale orders please make sure you include you Tax Id so as not to delay your order.
